We’re working behind the scenes to get CarBot upgraded and working like normal again. Thanks to everyone who has written in to report bugs. We really appreciate the support, and we’ll be fully upgraded and back to normal shortly!
More user centered improvements
Another update – all about validation
We’ve rolled out another update to CarBot!
We’ve crushed a ton of bugs, and even managed to roll out some new features. The most requested feature of this release is the ability for you to delete a car from your garage (that’s right, we’ve renamed the “dashboard” to “your garage”).
We’ve also polished our validation checking. A user noticed that CarBot barfed when a comma was used when inputting mileage, so we’ve fixed that.
Our biggest update yet
I’d like to announce our biggest update yet. We’ve squished around 40 different bugs, and managed to add in a slew of new features. We’ve introduced features like time based service tracking (i.e. replace your battery every 4 years), as well as custom mileage intervals (get an alert to change your oil every 3333 miles).
Another big update!
As you can tell we’ve rolled out another big update to CarBot.org! This one includes as many visual goodies as it does behind the scenes ones. We’ve incorporated an entirely new look to the site, improved the navigation, perfected our service graphing functions, and updated our mobile compatibility.
